Topographical surveys of the seven weirs will be undertaken in July and August 2026. These will be undertaken at each weir by surveying contractors Murphy Geospatial beginning in early July. The survey will mainly take place in the river environment by boat; however, the survey team may occasionally require brief access to riverbanks. Brief impacts to amenity users from rowing, canoe and kayak clubs should be expected when the surveyors are working at each weir.
